First round registration forms have been sent to teams who participated in the World Championship Gumbo Cook Off last year. Deadline for return is mid August. Stay tuned for waiting list announcement after that date.
Teams who cook this year will have "first right of refusal" for next year. They will get a registration mid-summer. After their deadline has passed, we send registration packets to all the people on the waiting list at the same time.
